Qnap stuck at "0% downloading firmware" So my QNAP wanted to update and i rebooted it and then started the upgrade 2 days ago. It went to the "downloading firmware" screen but has been stuck at 0% for 2 days now. Even trying to initiate a reboot does nothing. (its otherwise working just fine, i can access files etc.). After the latest firmware I find a lot of my QNAP apps don't launch, Helpdesk, Download Station etc. The app reports the web service can't load but the Web Service is runnings. Reboot makes no difference. Everything was fine prior to the firmware. I have logged a support call which said I should reset the NAS.
