Cannot download root access bundle from season pass ps4

When I found out, I refunded the legendary bundle, and bought the 3 dlcs without the pass, which should be $10 cheaper since it is on sale, and I couldn’t refund the season pass since it contains silver which is an in game consumable. Now that I have done that, my season pass is locked, even though I own it. I purchased, downloaded and installed season-pass for battlefront. In game it tells me the maps are uninstalled. Sends me to PSN to install. There it tells me it is installed. And yes I have restarted my PS4. After seeing the threads here I tried to find the individual maps on PSN for the map keys.
