Purchased but not downloaded batman telltale 2 pc

 · The game tells me I have purchased but not downloaded episodes 2 - 5, when I have in fact downloaded them. I see separately a DLC called "batman-the-telltale-series-episodechildren-of-arkham-disc". I figured that was only for disc but downloaded it and voila, the .  · Telltale Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy episodes are not showing up anywhere. It just says coming soon. I bought all of the episodes last year. They do not show up on the ready to install section, in game through episode 1 (says "coming soon") or on the Xbox store. I can not find anyone to help me resolve this issue. Please help!  · I can't play episodes I have paid for game and I can't play episodes It says purchase the season pass, but I already did. Potential fix for 'Purchased But Not Downloaded' issues on episodes for PS4. I've been going back and forth since the end of March with Telltale support trying to fix an issue. Episode 2 of Tales from the Borderlands would show up as 'Purchased But Not Downloaded' no matter how many times I installed, uninstalled, re-downloaded, re-installed. it literally says "Purchase Batman The telltale Series" so i'm not sure why you'd think its only Ep 1? In the past haven't they usually had a purchase for Ep 1 and then (or w/e the number) seperately? Like the new Hitman. I'd imagine September is when that option would be available. Restart your device and download the free Episode 1 base app again from the App/Play Store. Launch the game and try tapping the Restore button again. Once the download begins, do the same for all the episodes and download them simultaneously. PC. Uninstall any Telltale Batman demos that you have on your PC.

I was told its just as simple as going to the game menu, clicking episodes, and download episode 2. I have scoured the internet looking for someone with the same issue or a solution. I have even been talking to telltale support, playstation support, and seeing if there is anything wrong with my system. Telltale told me some good advice. In the game, in the Download Content area, Ep. 2 3 are indicated as "purchased, but not downloaded". I am able to download the episodes from here, but again, the game does not change the status of the episodes after downloading them, still indicating "purchased, but not downloaded".
