Try restarting your PS4. If that doesn't work delete the updates and download them one by one. If both of those don't work, I'm not entirely sure what the problem is as I've never experienced. So it's a MB download. But that will be totaled with + GB when you factor in ALL the downloads you ever made for that title. This is what the PS4 will count, rather than the measly MB.
